Oscar Solano

Co-Founder & President

Noble Protection Group's foundation is built upon the decades long experience of our company president, whose distinguishable career in the security industry has set the gold standard for protection and service. Born and raised in East Los Angeles - Estrada Court Public Housing Projects, Oscar completed his Bachelor’s Degree in criminal justice from California State University Los Angeles. Solano then served as an Gang expert for the Los Angeles Police department and Executive Protection Leader for domestic and international projects with many notable figures. He subsequently moved to the Pacific Northwest, where he co-founded Noble Protection Group.

Shauna Marie 

Co-Founder & CFO

​After launching Noble Protection Group during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, Shauna stepped into the CFO role and built the financial infrastructure needed to support rapid growth, compliance, and expansion. She remains hands-on in all aspects of financial operations, including payroll, multi-state compliance, and strategic planning. Shauna Marie is currently overseeing financial operations for her multi-company organization generating approximately $7 million in annual revenue and supporting over 175 employees across multiple states.

Shauna plays a key role alongside Oscar in the company’s expansion into Arizona, working alongside their son in a family-driven leadership structure.
