Event & Executive Protection
Security at a private event should be felt, not seen. Our officers work these details in business dress or black tie, matched to the room rather than to a tactical catalog. Same credentials, same training, same standards as any post we staff — presented so your guests register a calm, well-dressed professional rather than a uniform in the corner. These services can be provided armed or unarmed.
Event Staffing
Corporate functions, galas and fundraisers, weddings, private residences and estates, product launches, VIP visits, high-profile or high-attendance gatherings.
We staff private and corporate events across Seattle and South King County. Depending on what the event calls for, that can mean access control and guest-list management at the door, roaming coverage through the space, a dedicated officer assigned to a principal, or all three working together. Details can be staffed armed, less-lethal, or unarmed. Every event starts with a walkthrough before the date — entrances, exits, parking, load-in, and wherever the room gets crowded — and the plan gets written around what we find rather than dropped on your venue out of a folder.

Common Questions
How many officers does my event need?
It depends on guest count, whether alcohol is served, how many entrances you have, the layout of the space, and how late it runs. A 200-person daytime corporate function and a 200-person open-bar reception ending at 1 a.m. are not the same job. We'll give you a number after the walkthrough, and we'll tell you if it's lower than you expected.
Will your officers be in uniform?
Only if you want them to be. For galas, weddings, and private functions we staff in business dress or black tie. For events where visible deterrence is the point — large public gatherings, controlled access, high-risk venues — a uniformed presence does more work. We'll recommend which fits your event, and you decide.
What's the difference between event security and executive protection?
Event security is assigned to a place: access control, guest management, and coverage of the venue.
Executive protection is assigned to a person, and travels with them. Some events need both — a detail on the principal plus officers working the room.
